“My name is Pyper and I’m a fourth-year student studying biology and sustainability at Wilfrid Laurier University with a serious passion for plants and the environment! I’m a member of Laurier’s “EcoHawks” team, where we strive to promote a culture of sustainability and inspire students to become advocates for a healthy environment. When I’m not tending to my collection of houseplants, I love spending time at provincial parks, hiking, and hanging out on the beach. I can’t wait to see you at Ambition and hopefully pass on a thing or two about my love of plants or how to live a more eco-conscious lifestyle!”
In August, Pyper lead several classes at Ambition, sharing information surrounding plants and plant care, as well as teaching tips and tricks on how to be more environmentally friendly! .
Guests enjoyed propagating an avocado tree, mango tree, and enjoyed yummy guacamole made from the Chef at Ambition Foods! The 4 classes were offered together for $20.00.
